The role involves compliance with Unilever trade policies at KD level, driving sales targets within the assigned territory, managing KD funding and profitability, overseeing Distributor sales resources, implementing trade promotions at POS, and handling KD and customer complaints at KD level. The Territory Manager is also responsible for the successful implementation of various initiatives like EDGE, TPM, CCFOT at KD and POP levels.
Main Accountabilities:
- Ensure compliance with Unilever trade policies at KD level.Drive sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage KD funding and profitability. Responsible for the KD, KDSRs, and third-party contractors within the territory.
- Manage Distributor sales resources.Implement trade promotions at POS.
- Handle KD and customer complaints at KD level.
- Take responsibility for the successful landing of various initiatives such as EDGE, TPM, CCFOT at KD and POP levels.
Relevant Experience / Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with FMCG experience being desirable.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and interest in data analysis.
- Postgraduate in marketing/sales (Optional).
- Communication, coaching, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Must be a thinker and a doer.
