Tantita Security Services Limited, on Friday, refuted allegations of involvement in illegal activities along the coastal areas of Ondo state.
The Nigerian Navy had accused the security firm of illegal actions, announcing the arrest of a 77-meter-long vessel.
In response, Warredi Enisuoh, the Executive Director of Operations and Technical at Tantita, dismissed the Navy’s claims as bizarre and mischievous.
He highlighted that Navy personnel rejected joint inspection demands by the NNPC without genuine reasons.

Enisuoh stated, “Our attention has been drawn to a defamatory and libelous statement made by the Nigerian Navy against our organization, Tantita Security Services Limited. We are indeed saddened and disappointed that the Nigerian Navy could descend so low as to make such bizarre accusations against our organization, knowing same to be false.”
The statement emphasized the existence of video evidence of the incident, transmitted to higher authorities.
Tantita expressed reluctance to engage in disputes, asserting that Nigerians are aware of the truth.
This follows previous altercations in September 2023, where Tantita accused the Nigerian Navy of shielding oil thieves and arresting its personnel, particularly involving clashes with Tompolo’s firm.
