In a brazen attack, six suspected hoodlums assaulted a poultry farm in Atoyo town, Itele area of Ogun State, kidnapping three workers.
The armed suspects struck around 5 pm on Saturday, and despite the subsequent arrest of two individuals connected to the crime, the victims remained in captivity at the time of the report.
Initially targeting about five people, including the farm owner, the assailants took them to a forest after the attack, confiscating their mobile phones.

After some hours, two captives were released while the others, including the farm owner, continued to be held hostage.
The Ogun State Police Command is treating the incident as a kidnapping case, with efforts underway to rescue the victims.
State Police Public Relations Officer, Omolola Odutola, confirmed the attack and arrests, indicating that law enforcement, local hunters, and security agencies were actively searching the forest for the remaining suspects and victims.
