Medical Care:
- Sorting out patients, including primary assessment and intervention.
- Participating in the formulation and implementation of preventive healthcare programs, particularly immunization.
- Monitoring and improving treatment/hospitalization areas standards.
- Formulating and implementing health education programs.
- Collating and analyzing OPD/Hospitalization data for future forecasting.
- Training and supervising ancillary personnel.
- Coordinating patient flow in the after-hours clinic by triaging and following up with consultation, investigation, and treatment.
- Providing minor consultations for minor wounds and administering first-line medications.
- Receiving and commencing treatment for minor to major surgical emergencies until the arrival of a superior team member.
- Complete nursing and psychological care of hospitalized patients.
- Participating in the medical transfer of patients to retainer hospitals.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:
- Adhering to HSE rules.
- Supervising hygiene and evaluating risk hazards.
- Ensuring knowledge of patient safety.
- Knowing the divisional emergency response procedures.
- Managing medical waste in accordance with company rules.
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc Degree in Nursing / BN Sc / Registered General Nurse.
- Registered Midwife and/or Registered Accident & Emergency nurse.
- Valid BLS/ACLS/ITLS certifications.
- Basic Computer + office Knowledge.
