Saheed Wahab, a Nigerian man pursuing his master’s degree, tragically passed away a day after arriving in the United Kingdom to commence his program at Teesside University on January 15, 2024.
The news of his death on January 16, 2024, was officially confirmed by the Nigerians in the UK Community through their platform’s statement.

The community has extended support to the family for burial arrangements, having received permission from Wahab’s wife and family in Nigeria to organize a funeral service in the UK.
The Janazah (funeral) is scheduled for Thursday, January 25, 2024, at Jamia Masjid Al Madina in Middlesbrough.
