We are seeking dynamic individuals to join us in various disciplines for our Direct Short Service Cadet Training Program.Disciplines and Qualifications:Aircraft Engineering:
- HND/BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Airframe and Engine Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering. MSc is an added advantage.
Armament Technology:
- BSc/HND/BEng in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry (Industrial Chemistry), Physics, Explosive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering. MSc is an added advantage.
Air Intelligence:
- BSc/HND in Remote Sensing, Geographic Information System, Cartography Photogrammetry, Geography, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science (CompTIA A+, Ethical Hacking and OSINT), Cyber Security/Data Science, Computer Engineering. Proficiency in Mandarin and Arabic languages is also desired.
Air Traffic Services:
- Specialist qualification or equivalent (BSc/BTech/HND) in Air Traffic Control or Meteorology.
Communication, Information, and Space Technology:

General Instructions for Applicants:Nationality:
- Applicants must be Nigerian citizens by origin or birth.
Age:
- Applicants must be between 20 and 30 years of age by 15 December 2024 (25 – 40 years for Medical Consultants).
Height:
- Males must be not less than 1.66m tall, and females must be not less than 1.63m tall.
Medical Fitness:
- Applicants must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit, meeting the Nigerian Air Force medical and employment standards.
Local Government Area Attestation Form:
- Must be signed by a military officer, police officer, or local government official as specified in the guidelines.
Presentation of Original Credentials:
- Successful applicants are required to submit original credentials during the Selection Board Interview Exercise.
