The Actors Guild of Nigeria has responded to rumors spreading on social media regarding the passing of Nollywood actor Zack Orji.
On Tuesday, news surfaced on social media platforms suggesting that the ailing actor had passed away.
However, Emeka Rollas, the National President of AGN, has urged the public to dismiss these rumors, confirming that the actor is indeed alive.

Rollas took to his Instagram account to address the matter, assuring followers that Zack Orji is alive and advising them to disregard the false information.
He wrote, “Mr. Zack Orji is alive. Please disregard mischief-makers who delight in spreading false news. This highlights the extent of cruelty some individuals can exhibit, which is utterly unacceptable. He will survive and testify to the goodness of God in Jesus’ name.”
Zack Orji had been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the National Hospital in Abuja on New Year’s Eve.
