The theme, “Democracy: The Media Under Siege? Travails of Journalist Segun Olatunji in Military Detention,” underscores the critical challenges facing freedom of expression and press freedom in Nigeria.
Hosted by Dr. Ayo Arowojolu, a distinguished media professional with extensive experience in media, banking, and education, the event will delve into the threats posed to Nigeria’s democracy by the apparent lawlessness of the military.
