Nigerian Afropop star Fireboy DML, renowned for his global hit ‘Peru,’ has kicked off June with a bang. On June 6th, 2024, he released the music video for his popular song “Everyday,” providing fans with a visual treat for his latest hit.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the celebrated singer took to his social media platforms on Thursday to announce the release.
He expressed his gratitude to God for enabling this achievement and encouraged his fans and music lovers to enjoy every aspect of the song, which explores themes of relationship dynamics. He assured them that his best work is still to come.

The music video, directed by acclaimed Nigerian video director TG Omori, features singer Bloody Civilian as the lead vixen.
In the newly-released video, Fireboy DML and Bloody Civilian depict a relationship that faces some turbulence but eventually resolves its issues.
“Everyday” is Fireboy DML’s first release of 2024, arriving shortly after his debut performance at Coachella. The song, centered on themes of love and longing, incorporates traditional African sounds with shakers and a saxophone.
