The Federal Capital Territory High Court has approved the former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele’s plea to travel outside Abuja.

However, the court has emphasized that Emefiele is required to stay within the country.

His bail conditions initially confined him to the Federal Capital Territory.

Emefiele, represented by his lawyer Mathew Bukka, sought a modification of these terms.
