The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released the timetable and schedule of activities for the upcoming February 3rd, 2024 Bye-Elections.
The announcement comes in response to the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) declaration of National and State Assembly bye-elections.
Here is the outlined timetable:
- Sale of nominations, expressions of interest, and delegate forms: December 27, 2023, to January 2, 2024.
- Last day for submission of completed forms: January 3, 2024.
- Primary elections: January 6, 2024.
- Election day: February 3, 2024.

Details regarding the cost of Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for different positions are as follows:
- Senate: N20 million.
- House of Representatives: N10 million.
- House of Assembly: N2 million.
Special considerations:
- Female aspirants and Persons Living with Disabilities: Purchase the Expression of Interest Form (Nomination Form is free).
- Youths between the ages of 25 and 40: Eligible for a 50% discount on the Nomination Form when purchasing the Expression of Interest Form.
The forms will be available for purchase at the Directorate of Organisation, 2nd Floor, APC National Headquarters, Wuse II, Abuja.
