Description: The Analyst, Franchise Operations will lead the development of insights by analyzing internal and external data sources, drawing meaningful conclusions, and driving metrics required to guide the execution of strategy across various customer and commercial disciplines such as RGM and Shopper/Channel development. The role involves coordinating research and data requirements, supporting the development of integrated commercial plans, enabling exceptional execution, and serving as a liaison with Operating Unit teams. The Analyst will also lead special projects, source customer and commercial best practices, and create a single source of truth for Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL) KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL) Analytics projects to drive a deeper understanding of customer and category insights in modern trade.
- Liaise with other functions to coordinate research and data requirements and ensure timely conclusion of projects.
- Support the development of integrated commercial plans for both Modern & Traditional Trade.
- Enable exceptional execution and assist in implementing key initiatives in conjunction with the customer and commercial execution team.
- Develop and coordinate routines for the franchise team, reporting status according to agreed standards/metrics.
- Lead and support special projects as required.
- Source customer and commercial best practices and develop innovative ways of sharing them across the system.
- Lead the creation of a Single source of truth for Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL) KPIs, including scorecarding and a single source of truth database.
Education Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-4 years of working experience in Customer & Commercial or other related areas, preferably in a multi-country/multi-bottler environment.
- Advanced computer skills – MS Office, SAP, MS Project, Excel, PowerBI, Reporting, Agile Methodology.
- Knowledge of Nielsen is an advantage.
