As tensions rise amid the ongoing #EndBadGovernance protests in Nigeria, prominent figures are set to take the stage on Sunday, August 11, 2024, for the popular monthly interview discourse, Boiling Point Arena.

These protests, sparked by widespread economic hardship, have seen participation across many states, although some areas, like Ogun State, remain relatively quiet.

Despite a recent address by the President, the protests persist, reflecting deep-seated frustrations over hunger and the rising cost of living.

The upcoming discussion, titled “The National Protests: Gain or Loss? The Threats to Democratic Cohesion and Remedies,” will feature notable social commentator and activist Dele Farotimi, alongside University lecturer Prof. Oladele Talabi.
