Stanley Ogbonna, a well-known pastor and General Overseer of God’s Spring Assembly (Glass Church) in Kubwa, Abuja, has allegedly evicted his estranged wife, Chioma, and their six children from their home.

Ogbonna, whose marriage with Chioma had been strained, reportedly went through a divorce and claimed in court that he sold his properties to prevent his wife from obtaining any share of his wealth.

In a viral video on social media on Tuesday, Chioma accused Ogbonna of infidelity and domestic abuse. She described her suffering over the past 18 to 19 years with Ogbonna, highlighting that he had moved his belongings out of their home while engaging in extramarital affairs.

“See him, God will help me. This is a pastor. Look at him. This is the pastor, Stanley Ogbonna. He called the police and evicted me and the children out of the house”.

She expressed her distress over being unceremoniously evicted: “Look at me, look at my properties all outside unannounced. We were in the house this afternoon; he just came to the house with the police and threw my things away. He already packed his things out of the house for years, sleeping around.”

Chioma continued, “Today, he has come to disgrace me after laboring with him for 18 years, 19 years. See what the General Overseer of God’s Spring Assembly, Glass Church, Kubwa, is doing. I’m his wife, who labored with him for 19 years.”

She appealed for justice, stating, “The world needs to come into this and give me justice for suffering me for all these years after giving him six children. His last child is a four-year-old. Look at me outside and my properties. He feels nobody will speak for me. Jehovah will speak for me.”

Attempts to reach Pastor Ogbonna and the church for comments on Chioma’s allegations were unsuccessful. The church’s inquiry number was unreachable, and there was no response to an email sent at the time of filing this report.
