The homes of hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs were raided by federal agents on Monday, with Combs at the center of sex trafficking claims and sexual assault lawsuits.
The Department of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) conducted the raids with assistance from law enforcement partners in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami.
Agents from Homeland Security entered luxury properties associated with Combs on both the East and West Coasts, including a residence in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, and a luxury waterside property in Miami.
Footage from the raids showed a significant law enforcement presence, with agents seen detaining individuals at the scene.
While the official reason for the raids was not immediately confirmed, Combs has faced at least four lawsuits alleging sexual abuse, with allegations dating back decades.

Last year, he was sued by former girlfriend Casandra Ventura, also known as Cassie, who accused him of forcing her to perform sexual acts with multiple men over several years.
Other lawsuits followed, including one in December from a woman who accused Combs and others of gang-raping her when she was 17 years old.
Combs has denied all accusations against him.
Douglas Wigdor, a lawyer representing two of the women who have accused Combs, expressed support for law enforcement’s efforts to prosecute those who have violated the law.
He hopes the raids will hold Combs accountable for his alleged actions.
Combs, known for founding the Bad Boy record label and mentoring artists like Notorious B.I.G. and Mary J. Blige, has built a successful career in the music and liquor industries.
However, lawsuits portray him as a violent individual who used his celebrity status to exploit and intimidate women.
