Wisdom Anucha, a lecturer at Abia State University, who gained viral attention in February for his romantic proposal to his fiancée, Grace, in her classroom on Valentine’s Day, has now announced their wedding date.
The heartwarming moment when Anucha proposed to Grace, a student in the Optometry Department of the university, was captured in viral pictures and videos, showcasing his heartfelt gesture in front of her colleagues.
In a wedding invitation shared on his Facebook page on Friday, Anucha revealed that they have obtained parental consent and are prepared to take the next step in their journey together.

Anucha’s post read, “#Ugo_Wizzy__2024! With the consent of our parents, we, Grace and Wisdom, with every sense of humility, respect, and responsibility, most humbly wish to invite you as a special guest as ‘We’ walk down the aisle.
The wedding is scheduled for Saturday, April 6, 2024, at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Umuocham, with the reception to follow at Ngwa High School, Aba.
