Job Title: Engineering Technician (General Services)

Position Summary: The Engineering Technician (General Services) will provide technical support and assistance in maintaining the office’s physical infrastructure and systems related to General Services tasks, complementing the business activities and overall maintenance functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned maintenance functions to achieve a 100% set standard.
- Manage Head Office Electrical, mechanical, civil, and safety equipment, ensuring prompt maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure high standard maintenance and repairs of buildings and facilities at Head Office, company Guest House, and Head Office canteen.
- Accountable for high standards in preventive maintenance and timely renewal of all maintenance agreements for general services related contracts.
- Maintain fire prevention systems, ensuring timely servicing of all fire prevention equipment.
- Co-ordinate SHE activities in Head Office.
- Ensure an adequate stock of petrol, diesel for office use, and bulk gas for staff canteen.
- Dislodge all septic tanks.
Qualifications:
- Ordinary National Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 5 O-level credits including English, Mathematics, and Physics.
