Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has given approval for the promotion of eligible civil and public servants for the periods of July 1, 2023, and January 1, 2024. The announcement was made through a circular signed by Mrs.
Bamaiyi Osedebamen Rebecca, acting on behalf of the Head of Service. The circular directed all ministries, parastatals, and government agencies to promptly conduct the promotion exercise.

Accounting officers were urged to ensure strict compliance and facilitate the conclusion of the promotion exercise in their respective agencies and parastatals.
