A woman, yet to be identified, has reportedly abducted two minors, both four years old, in the Sango Ota area of Ogun State.
The children are the offspring of her landlord and a neighbor in the same apartment building. The woman disappeared with the kids just three days after moving into the apartment.
The landlord, Johnson Oshinowo, reported the incident to the police, stating that the woman, who had rented the apartment on December 7, 2023, abducted his son and the son of another neighbor on December 11.

According to the Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, Omolola Odutola, the woman had spent only three days in the rented house, and there was no known background information about her.
The landlord and the house agent did not conduct a profile check before renting the apartment to her.
The Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alamutu, has directed a discrete investigation into the case to track down the suspect and rescue the abducted children.
